Time Machine Trading

Time Machine Trading is the distribution business under Time Machine Group, founded in 1992. Time Machine Trading was creative to introduce elite brands in Travel Retail and Perfumery segment.

Time Machine Trading works out suitable strategies which guarantee the brand’s fast growth in travel and retail segment in the Middle East. We have set up an international network of operators and landlords in Duty Free, which enables us to offer to our partners, a development that matches with their expectations.

Currently the company has a list of big names like Lacoste, Parker, Kim Kardashian, One Direction, 7 by MS Dhoni, Disney, Mauboussin & Guess Accessories to name a few.

Design and fixtures manufacturing

The Travel Retail market requires an important and strong knowledge on airport regulations, especially the construction materials used (MD standards). Consequently, we decided to create an architectural service in direct contact with clients in order to organize the space, while respecting the imperatives of the brands. We provide 3D layout drawing to help the brand building up the POS. To better control the quality and respect all rules regarding the fixtures we install in airports, we have signed 6 years ago an association with a French firm based in Shanghai. This company is specialized in fixtures manufacturing respecting airports restrictions.


In order to better answer the constant request of the operators, we set up an intern logistics department to carry out the deliveries of furniture and goods between our various warehouses and our customers. In agreement with them, we study the best and most efficient way of delivery. The daily relation with our logistical representatives and our stock staff allows a huge saving of time in the goods delivery.

Merchandising and Training

Our Area Managers lead our points of sale thanks to regular sales motivation trainings. They also train the sales staff regarding all merchandising techniques set up by brands. They organize special events, animations or incentives on each point of sales.

Conferences and exhibitions

We attend all major duty free exhibitions to present our brands to the operators and strengthen our connections and relation with customers. Our team also participates to all conventions or duty free events in order to be informed and keep abreast of the market trends.
